DeAngelis Rosso Piceno, 2008
"The De Angelis estate started its life in the 1950’s in the village of Cossignano, Ascoli Piceno. The acquisition of land in Offida and Castel di Lama and the relocation of our winery in 1985, made it possible for us to age and bottle our own wines. Initially, we cultivated three historical vines: Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Trebbiano (which produce the DOC wines Rosso Piceno and Falerio). Later we added two internationally famous varietals, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, which produce two important IGT wines: Prato Grande and Anghelos, made from Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Faithful to our intention to produce territorial wines, our estate is a true supporter of the new DOC wines of Offida, especially after the discovery of the two historic vines: Pecorino and Passerina. Macerated on the skins for 10-15 days in steel, then aged 4 months in steel and another 6 months in bottle. Sourced from 30 year old vines in predominantly clay soils located over 300 meters above sea level. Bright ruby color. Lively and young, yet intense. It has an aroma that evolves into a floral bouquet, and a fresh, full body that finishes elegantly. "
Feudi di Guagnano Primitivo, 2006

A well-balanced, full-bodied red that is a perfect accompaniment to red meat and game dishes.
Hacienda Don Ramon Rioja, 2006
Fresh, expressive and savory with dark cherries, plums, dusty spice and vanilla tones. A terrific expression of Tempranillo at a great price.
