Babic Pilizota kvalitetno, 2008

Babić (bah-bich) is an indigenous grape variety of Northern Dalmatia. While the grape is believed to be related to Dobricić and Plavac Mali, Babić wine is softer and smoother. Like other Dalmatian red varietals, Babić thrives in poor stony soils on the Southern slopes facing the Adriatic Sea. Dry Red Wine, 13% by vol., ph 4.8g/l, total SO2 72

Bodegas Las Orcas Decenio Crianza, 2004

Bodegas Las Orcas is a classic styled and earth driven Rioja from the Alavesa region. Heavily reliant on old vine Tempranillo, these wines are dry farmed and fermented with native yeasts. All of the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered and are matured in older
oak, about half French and half American. This is a 3rd generation winery.

Pago Senda Misa Krismon, 2008

This bodega makes three lovely Ribera del Duero wines from a small vineyard in the heart of Ribera del Duero. As the name suggests, the Krismon 2008 6 meses in barrica is a wine that has been aged for 6 months in new French oak barriques. Although the fruit for this wine comes from the youngest part of the vineyard, the vines are still more than 20 years old and the same care is used in the harvest
and vinification as for the top wine of the bodega. The resulting wine shows ample fruit along with the leather, tobacco, and earthiness that characterizes this as a classic, powerful Ribera del Duero wine.

Pullus Sauvignon Blanc, 2010

Sauvignon Blanc in the Pullus line is made from grapes harvested over the course of one month to ensure optimal ripeness. Protective technology ensures freshness and preservation of varietal characteristics, and partial ML and lees aging adds a roundness unexpected in a wine made for drinking now.
