The aromas are principally ripe black currant and blueberry, bolstered by notes of cola, licorice and unsweetened chocolate, as well as spicy oak. On the palate, flavours of cassis, black cherry, and spice cake abound. Makes a great accompaniment for roasted or grilled red meats, poultry and soft ripened cheeses. Also partners very well with polenta and sausages.

Vivid passion fruit, lime peel, guava and quince flavors are refreshingly juicy and light-bodied, with good focus and a distinctive mineral note. Scents of green fig and fresh cut grass fill this light, herbal sauvignon. Chill it for a salad of goat cheese and green zebra tomatoes.

One is immediately struck by the vibrant color of this wine. The aromas of blackberries and plums are complemented by spice, toasty oak and cedar notes.
